Var-I-Frame™ Product Configurator

The Var-I-Frame™ Product Configurator is a revolutionary method of building records and performing order entry. For many pre-hangers and window assembly operations, Var-I-Frame™ provides one of the greatest competitive advantages of the WoodWare System. This unique product is available only from WoodWare!

WoodWare developed the fastest, most accurate, and most efficient method of handling the endless combinations of door and window units with the Var-I-Frame™ Configurator. Var-I-Frame™ places a pictorial representation (but not an actual picture or line drawing) of the desired unit on the screen (i.e., 3 wide x 2 high). Order Entry simply places the desired unit code into each opening, and Var-I-Frame™ automatically pulls the correct mullions, extension jambs, etc., to build that unit, with no pre-defined Bill of Materials needed. 

Var-I-Frame™ also applies labor and burden for accurate product costing. The picking ticket can also illustrate this representation so that the shop has a more accurate picture of exactly what is being built, further reducing error and waste.
