Physical Inventory/Cycle Counting

The Physical Inventory module efficiently handles the processing of tags, count sheet inputs, or RF barcode processing. Cyclical count processing may be performed periodically by selected categories or purchasing groups. In turn, the system produces variance reports and valuation reports on all cost elements in formats of product or building/bin sequence. You also get a “quick” explosion of all pre-built unit components. Items that are tracked by specific lengths (moulding, lumber, etc.) are maintained as such in the inventory system.
