WoodWare Overlays can be a great asset to your company.  Here are a few facts about overlays!
 

What is an overlay?

An overlay is basically a .tif file, or a picture, that is put in your system. When you fax your document to a customer, the information from your WoodWare System prints on the page and the graphic prints over the information. This creates a document that looks like a professional form.

What kind of equipment and software is needed to use overlays?

In addition to your WoodWare System, you must have VSI-Fax software running on your system and a dedicated modem line for faxing documents.

What kind of overlays does WoodWare offer?

Here are some samples of the overlays WoodWare offers:

Purchase Order Overlay This overlay can reflect the current paper form that you use to print overlays on a printer.  We can incorporate your logo, company information, column headings, and any special notes that you want stated on your Purchase Order.  To see a sample of a Purchase Order Overlay, click here.

Acknowledgement and Quote Overlays This overlay can be used for your Acknowledgements and Quotes. Again, we can incorporate your logo, company information, and any special notes that can apply to both your Acknowledgement and Quote.  We can also develop separate overlays for Acknowledgements and Quotes if needed.  To see a sample of an Acknowledgement and Quote Overlay, click here.

Invoice Overlay This overlay can reflect the current paper form that you use to print invoices on a printer.  Please note:  The invoice will fax much smaller than the invoice that prints on your forms, due to the limited print space available through a fax machine. We can incorporate your logo, company information, column headings, and any special notes that you want stated on your Invoice.  To see a sample of an Invoice Overlay, click here.

Special Notes: 1. There may be limitations on overlay content due to space. As always, we will do our very best to accommodate your requests. 2. Overlays only work through VSI-Fax to a fax machine.  They WILL NOT work on laser printers.

How much do overlays cost?

Overlay charges are $150 per overlay.
